The Auckland Business Chamber exists to provide businesses the best platform from which to operate from, so our environment is busy and friendly, and we are looking for someone who has a great attitude, is willing to be flexible and has great energy to join our team.
You will have the ability to demonstrate initiative and operate effectively to meet deadlines. Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience, preferably within a professional services environment. You will have a great understanding of Microsoft Office, and all that it offers in order to undertake your role, and the ability to support staff with day-to-day administrative tasks, as well as assist in the area of health safety.
As the person of first impressions for our organisation you will enjoy the challenge, the variety and the opportunities to greet and host our guests and members and maintain our systems and processes. Your personality will shine, not just in our office, but at some of the business events that you will join our events team on.
The variety of this role will see you working with businesses that are exporters, start-ups and, large corporates. You will also be required to process accounts, which will require past accounting experience.
